In an announcement on 17 November, Uinta Investment Partners revealed that it would be merging with Alternative Income Solutions (AIS), with the merger set to take place on 1 January 2024. The new company will operate under the Uinta Investment Partners, LLC brand, and will ‘provide enhanced resources, focus, and growth at a time when opportunities for deploying capital are both quite attractive and more plentiful.’
