Texas Group Alleges Improper Practices in Asbestos Litigation
A Texas group advocating for tort reform is alleging that Texas trial lawyers have taken improper actions to cash in on asbestos litigation. Among other claims are that trial attorneys coached plaintiffs on behaviors to enable targeting of specific defendants.
