By purchasing this Sponsored Post, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Litigation Finance Journal (“LFJ”) harmless from any loss, damage, liability, cost or expense that LFJ may incur by reason of or arising out of the information, representations, reports, records, data, releases, or other information furnished or approved by for use or release by LFJ regardless of the origin of such materials.
You also hereby grant to LFJ a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use and display your company name, logo and trademarks, and any other content provided to LFJ for use as part of the Sponsored Post.
In providing Sponsored Post services, LFJ will act as an independent contractor, and it is expressly understood and agreed that this Agreement is not intended to create, and does not create, any partnership, agency, joint venture or similar relationship.
By completing this form you agree to allow LFJ to communicate with you per the terms of our Privacy Policy which can be found here. Your personal information will never be shared or sold to 3rd parties’
By electronically or otherwise signing an agreement with LitFin Journal LLC or an affiliate, I represent that I am authorized to bind my company or organization for which I am signing and or service or product I am purchasing.
