JustFund notes that in Australia, only around 20% of claimants seek advice around efficient budgeting for litigation success. This prompts the notion that many in the region are not aware of the benefits of litigation finance investment. JustFund highlights success in family law matters, where litigation investment helps achieve equitable results for justice.
