Litigation Lending, which is funding the action, details the following allegations:

  • The arrangement falsely held that employees were, in fact, subcontractors.
  • ISGM misused the Australian Apprenticeships Access Program.

The court has approved a counter-claim, alleging a bad faith action against ISGM.
