ICC International Court of Arbitration expands presence in Brazil, thanks to growth of lit fin industry

The ICC International Court of Arbitration has opened a Sao Paolo office, in what observers are viewing as a bid to expand its Brazilian presence. According to CDR News, the move comes on the heels of a funding agreement between third-party financier Woodsford Litigation Funding, and Brazilian funder Leste Global Investments.
