There has been understandable concern, in the weeks since the Supreme Court’s judgement in PACCAR, that the appetite among funders to support large group actions in the UK might be diminishing. However, there are little signs of any slowdown in new funding commitments, as a new class action targeting Google and funded by Hereford Litigation was just announced.
