In the wake of the American Bar Association approving measures to loosen restrictions on sharing Law firm revenues with non-attorneys, Bloomberg law reports that legislators in California are resisting the notion. Many legal scholars around the country say that sharing law firm ownership with non-lawyers is inconsistent with core values of the legal profession.
